The London office of this leading US Tech law firm is looking to hire a talented junior corporate lawyer with an outstanding academic and professional pedigree and experience working on M&A and venture capital transactions.
The firm works with some of the leading European Tech companies and is looking for a lawyer with the right blend of technical excellence, a strong team and work ethic and first class interpersonal skills.
