- Overseeing the delivery of a broad range of corporate tax advisory services
- Managing and developing a high-performing tax team
- Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax legislation and regulations
- Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the tax department
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax law and their potential implications for clients
- Representing the company at industry events and forums
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Director should have:
- ACA / CTA qualified
- Demonstrable Big 4, Top 10 or Mid Tier accountancy practice.
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- A results-driven approach and the ability to work under pressure
- Strong business development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
