Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate (US Firm)- Transactions & Advisory
Salary: £230,000-£300,000
PQE Level: 3-6PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a top US firm, is looking to grow their tax team with the hire of a mid-level tax associate who has ambitions of future partnership.
Led by a high-profile partner, the team has benefited from the expansion of the corporate, private equity, finance and funds teams and it is this growth that is enabling the team to expand at a time when many teams are static and/or declining.
The wider firm is going through an exciting growth phase with double digit growth in revenue and PEP and has made a number of high-profile lateral and team hires from their US rivals.
London is a long-established office and is therefore importantly not seen as a satellite which has enabled the London office to make some high-profile lateral and team hires from their US rivals, alongside double-digit growth in revenue and PEP.
You will be involved in headline grabbing transactional work across Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity, real estate and funds, as well as advisory projects for an eclectic client base which includes the worlds’ largest technology companies, fintech, media and publishing.
This is a rare opportunity for a tax solicitor in a US/Magic/Silver Circle firm who is looking to widen the scope of their work particularly on the advisory side, is attracted by the future progression opportunities, and the attractive package.
