Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be involved in the following:
- Working on complex and varied deals.
- Providing legal advice on a broad range of private equity matters.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Profile
The successful Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor should have:
- 4+ years PQE
- Proven experience in dealing with private equity matters.
- Excellent understanding of corporate law.
