Corporate solicitor opportunity with fantastic business services firm in Cheltenham due to growth and client wins. This corporate solicitor will be joining the corporate team in Cheltenham and working on a wide range of corporate work. Our client will consider corporate solicitors between NQ -4 PQE, so if you are looking for a corporate opportunity upon qualification and you have a corporate training seat – please apply!
As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on a caseload of M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures, investment funds and some commercial contract work.
