Exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join this fantastic corporate team, where you will be working on high quality corporate level of work. You will be joining an exceptional corporate team who are part of a leading UK firm. This corporate team are based in Cardiff.
This corporate team are ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500 and are award winning. You’ll be working with clients from across the private, public and third sector internationally and domestically.
The team advise and work on M&A and private equity of a high quality and complex nature.
You will be an experienced, motivated solicitor who is able to show atleast 5 years’ PQE in corporate M&A and/or private equity.
