This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join an award winning firm and well respected corporate team. The corporate team are friendly and close knit where everybody is approachable.
As the successful corporate solicitor, you will be working on a wide range of corporate work to include corporate finance and contracts. You will work on M&A’s, corporate finance and shareholders agreements for an enviable client base.
This firm are able to boast one of the biggest corporate teams in the region where there is good headroom for progression.
