The London office of this national firm is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to undertake a range of transactional work for clients across a number of core sectors including hospitality and leisure, gaming, sport, healthcare and media.
The corporate team acts for start-ups through growth companies to multi-national corporations and public sector bodies. covering M&A, PE and VC work as well as working on other investments.
