Job Title: Corporate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL), Senior Associate Top 30 law firm- PSLs have high visibility and appreciation
Salary: £100,000-£115,000
PQE Level: 7+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
We are partnership with a Top 30 City law firm to search for a Senior Associate, Corporate PSL to join their market leading mid- market team.
Reporting to the Head of Knowledge, you will work closely with two existing corporate PSLs, servicing a team of 26 corporate fee earners ( 11 Partners).
Creating and maintaining precedents, automated documents, practice notes, toolkits, clause banks, general know how
Facilitating and leasing know-how meetings and making available through the Knowledge system
Working with the Research & Information services teams
Raising awareness through articles and posts
Assisting fee earners with technical queries
Mentoring trainees and junior associates and helping to use electronic tools
Part of firmwide knowledge projects
Utilising innovation technology, ideally Document Automation and AI
The successful candidate will be a PSL who is attracted by the firm and teams collaborative, friendly and supportive culture, the respect that partners have for PSLs and the high visibility and importance placed on them within the firm ( often in firms this is seen as back office, but our clients sees the value this role brings).
Our client, will also look at corporate fee earners with 7 years+ UK private practice experience who wish to move into a PSL role.
