Corporate NQ Solicitor – Bristol
OPPORTUNITY: Top opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to deal with city-quality corporate work from a Bristol base. Our client is a very well-regarded commercial top 50 law firm with an office in central Bristol. They are currently seeking a NQ solicitor to join their highly ranked Corporate M&A Team.
WORK: You will work on an array of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions in the UK, internationally and in the equity capital markets. You can expect an enviable client base and will act for a variety of clients from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
BACKGROUND: The firm are ideally looking for someone with first class experience in Corporate Law having ideally trained at a similar practice.
Salary will be top of the market together with an excellent benefits package and flexible hyrbid working.
