The Contentious Trust and Probate team are looking for an experienced Solicitor. The team advises individuals, charities and professionals and are specifically recognised by Chambers, Legal 500 and the Charities directory for the outstanding matters they deal with.
Within this position your case load would be varied, you would advise on many issues that can arise in relation to an estate or a trust all of which vary in value. Some examples would be Inheritance Act Claims, landed estates, claims for repayment of lifetime gifts and more.
The team are looking for an experienced Contentious Trust and Probate solicitor with a strong litigation background, someone who has undertaken the ACTAPS course, is commercially aware and has fantastic communication skills.
