Job title: Contentious Private Client Solicitor
Location: Guildford
Salary: £65-85k depending on experience
PQE Level: 5+

Working Hours: Full-time
This role will see you joining a market-leading private client practice in Guildford, recognised both across the South of the UK and internationally for its quality of work and enviable clients; you can expect great quality matters within a genuinely supportive and ambitious working environment.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Tackling a range of work such as contested probate, will disputes, inheritance claims, trusts disputes, claims regarding estates and trustees and more.
- Collaborating with team members on highly complex and rewarding cases.
- Building lasting and strong relationships with the firm’s existing clients, alongside seeking opportunities to grow the team’s reputation and caseload.
- Using natural empathy and clear legal guidance to assist clients through difficult decisions and events.
This is an excellent position for solicitors with experience in this area of law, with market-leading career development and opportunities for career progression. The work is comparable with that tackled by London and “big law” firms; however, this group still curates a real sense of work-life balance and unrivalled flexibility.
