This exceptional construction team are looking to hire a construction solicitor to work on a range of contentious and non contentious construction matters for a range of clients from public bodies to major developers, purchases and contractors.
You will be working on matters from inception to completion on a contentious and non contentious caseload. Your caseload will include the preparation and negotiation of construction documents, drafting performance bonds, guarantees and collateral warranties and dispute resolution.
The successful construction solicitor will have experience in non contentious construction. You must be comfortable with negotiating and drafting construction contracts, warranties, appointments and providing due diligence as part of a real estate transaction.
