Construction Associate 3 +

Cardiff

£55,000 – £65,000

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading law firm with a truly enviable reputation. Due to strategic growth and expansion, they have an opening for an experienced construction lawyer of ideally 3-4 PQE to come on board and bolster their Cardiff team.

You will be joining a small team advising on both high value and high-profile developments for a wide range of clients advising on major development, infrastructure and regeneration projects and will undertake a mix of both non-contentious work with some contentious work as well as supporting the real estate department with development matters and construction aspects of real estate transactions.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability and confidence to work independently as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their matters.

On offer is a competitive salary, a generous benefits package and the opportunity to specialise in a highly sought after legal sector. At Associate level there, you can expect and will be encouraged to play an active role in business development.
