As the Responsible Pharmacist, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the day to day operations of the pharmacy. This includes team development, and ensuring the pharmacy operates at optimal performance and highest standards.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS services and Private services and provide healthcare advice to customers according to GPHC standard.
- Play an active role in supporting the pharmacy and team hit key targets.
- Lead, train, support and develop colleagues.
- Be able to use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available, to meet all customer needs.
- Oversee the procurement and supply of medicines.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, GP’s, and other health professionals.
Profile
You will need:
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Valid DBS.
- Able to manage and lead a high performing team.
Job Offer
