Job title: Commercial Solicitor

Our client has a sought after opportunity for a commercial lawyer seeking high end commercial work and the chance to work with city clients in the regions. Working in a good sized and cooperative team will provide a dedicated commercial contracts service to a wide range of clients including household name PLCs and major international groups.
Transactions will include renewable energy related projects, large procurement agreements, IT contracts, outsourcing agreements, e-commerce and standard business terms. You will also advice clients on advertising claims, commercial agency, competition, consumer issues, contract interpretation, data protection , public procurement and training.
You will join a close knit team where your drive and enthusiasm for business development will be recognised along with your strong technical skills, ideally gained from a City or leading national/regional firm.
