Fantastic opportunity exists for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join this leading Shropshire firm.
The firm are L500 rated and have a number of offices throughout the area. You will run your own varied caseload of commercial property matters including development, lease assignments and extensions, negotiations and renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and rent reviews.
You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties to provide excellent levels of service and be willing to take part in marketing and business development.
