We are assisting this excellent commercial property team who are looking to hire a commercial property solicitor. This large commercial property team are going from strength to strength and this would be a fantastic time to join. You will be joining the Swindon office.
As the successful commercial property solicitor, you will be working on landlord and tenant, residential development, disposal and acquisitions, property finance, deeds of variations, granting of commercial leases and corporate support.
This is a perfect firm to join if you are looking for a role where you will be supported to progress, develop and learn from leaders in the field. This firm are well known for their excellent career progression framework.
You must be a qualified solicitor and have atleast 1 years’ PQE from a reputable commercial property team.
