Commercial Property Associate – Bristol
First rate opportunity for a commercial property lawyer to join a top 100 full service UK law firm and enjoy a broad array of high quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Sitting within the large and collaborative real estate department, the beauty of this role lies in its breadth. You’ll gain the opportunity to work closely with a number of commercial property Partners, undertaking non-contentious work for a real variety of clients across many different areas. The firm carries out a wide range of commercial property work for public and private sector clients (from small regional organisations through to larger national institutions and household names).
The work will include property development, landlord and tenant, asset management, acquisitions and disposals, property and estate management and commercial property work for the education sector.
You’re most likely working at or around the Associate or Senior Associate level and have strong experience in commercial property work.
The firm operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and offers competitive salaries and benefits.
