Claims Handling Scheme Manager – Bristol
Excellent opportunity for a Claims Handling Scheme Manager to join a leading international law firm.
Our client currently has a requirement for a Claims Handling Scheme Manager to join their Claims Handling team in Bristol. The firm has an excellent reputation and has offices in London, Bristol, Singapore and Hong-Kong.
The hiring team handles claims made against professionals on an outsourced basis. They handle claims on behalf of leading insurers, acting under delegated authority levels for pre-litigated matters from first notification of loss to resolution. The role will involve line managing a team of Claims Handlers, Senior Claims Handlers and Technical Claims Handlers (managing resources and capacity). You will also be responsible for compliance with service levels, data accuracy and quality. You will oversee the day-to-day relationship on particular accounts with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
To be considered, you must have experience in a similar role. You must have significant experience in claims, with technical knowledge and expertise. You must also have experience of managing a team.
