Job Title:             Business Development Manager – Events
Salary:                 Up to £40,000 + Commission

Location:             London (Hybrid)

My client is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive / Manager to help drive growth across the hospitality, events, and venue sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional looking to develop their career within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, supporting bids and proposals, and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and support outbound sales activity
  • Respond to enquiries and help convert opportunities into business
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and partners
  • Support tenders, pitches, and commercial proposals
  • Maintain CRM systems and manage pipeline activity
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales, business development, hospitality, marketing, or a similar commercial role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or pitches is advantageous
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
  • Passion for hospitality, events, and customer experiences
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a growing business
