Seeking an astute Brand Manager in the Consumer Beauty and Wellbeing industry, who will drive a fresh new brand our client is seeking to establish in the UK Retail marketplace working out of their HQ in Birmingham 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.

Description
- Develop and implement effective brand strategies and campaigns
- Oversee market research and adapt strategies as necessary
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency
- Analyse sales and marketing metrics to gauge brand health
- Communicate with senior stakeholders about marketing plans and results
- Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviours
Profile
A successful Brand Manager should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role withn the Consumer marketplace – ideally beauty.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Retail marketplace
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in setting up marketing processes as well using marketing software and online applications
- Ability to travel to their Birmingham offices 3 times a week – 1 hour commute max.

- An annual salary of £50000
