A part time Bookkeeper vacancy available to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records of the business.

Description

Duties and tasks of the Bookkeeper include:

  • Recording financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts and payments in to the accounting system
  • Managing accounts payable invoices and tracking all money owed by the business to its suppliers
  • Accounts receivable invoices ensuring all money owed to the business has been tracked
  • Credit control, chasing over due debts
  • Bank reconciliations and report any discrepancies
  • Payroll processing, calculating wages, taxes, pensions and other statutory deductions
  • Collaborate with other members of the business to ensure smooth financial operations

Profile

To be successful as the Bookkeeper you will have:

  • Recent and up to date experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant or Finance Assistant
  • Excellent customer service skills when dealing with suppliers and invoicing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent user of MS Word and Excel
