Description

  • Maintain and update financial records, including receipts, expenditures, and purchases.
  • Perform regular financial reporting and analysis.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and filed.
  • Improve financial systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and initiative.
