Experience in the creation of cocktail menus, strong product knowledge and strong leadership skills is essential.
Who are we looking for?
* Previous management experience in high-volume bars/ fast paced environment
* Experience with cellar management
* Minimum of 2 years holding a Bar Manager position
* People person with a love of front of house and hospitality
* Natural leader
* Creative with experience building a cocktail menu
* Able to oversee the whole bar operations
