Description
- Conducting audits for a variety of clients across different industries
- Preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Identifying areas of financial risk within an organisation and suggesting improvements
- Providing guidance to junior team members and overseeing their work
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing expert advice
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Contributing to team meetings and offering insights for improvement
- Staying updated with changes in legislation and accounting standards
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA or ACA
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high level of attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- The ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
