Client Details

A leading Bognor Regis based client are looking to recruit a full time Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis.

Description

As Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain an accurate records of income and expenditure
  • Fixed assets register and journals as required
  • Monthly income reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger, sales ledger, nominal ledger, intercompany ledgers, purchase ordering, and cash book
  • Trial balance and control account reconciliations
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Assisting the Financial Controller with annual budgets

Profile

  • AAT / ACCA / CIMA – PQ or QBE
  • Strong excel and accounting systems
  • 5 days a week in the office in Bognor Regis

Job Offer

£28-30,000 + 25 days holidays and an excellent pension
