I’m working with a growing hospitality business looking for an Area Manager to lead a portfolio of high-volume locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, improving performance, and making a real impact across multiple sites.
The Area Manager Role
- Lead and support a portfolio of stores, ensuring operational excellence across the region
- Drive sales, profitability, and key business KPIs
- Coach and develop Store Managers to improve performance and build succession plans
- Conduct regular business reviews, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans
- Ensure consistency in customer experience, product quality, and operational standards
- Drive labour, cost, and waste controls across all locations
- Lead performance management conversations and tackle underperformance where required
- Support new store openings, refits, and business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver regional business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within hospitality, QSR, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Experience developing and coaching high-performing management teams
- Passion for operational excellence and customer experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
