Description

Overseeing the accounts receivable department and ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and timely.
Driving the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance productivity.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Developing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Monitoring the AR team’s performance and providing necessary guidance and training.
Contributing to the development of annual forecasts and budgets.
Providing regular reports to senior management on the AR department’s performance.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements within the AR function.

Profile

Proven experience in an AR Manager role within the FMCG industry.
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
