Thriving practice in the heart of the South West is looking for an agriculture solicitor join their busy agricultural team to work on a range of agricultural land and property work. As the agriculture solicitor in this strong agricultural team, you will be working on agricultural landlord and tenant, partnerships, joint ventures and other rural enterprise matters.

Working for a number of estates, farming businesses and institutional clients, you will be working on a varied transactional caseload. This team are looking to hire due to growth in the team.

You will be a qualified solicitor with experience in landlord and tenant work, knowledge of the agriculture and landed estates sector, experience of partnerships, taxation of farming businesses and estates, commercial farming agreements, and agricultural workers tenancies.
