Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to manage their administrative procedures and provide reception cover. The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Maintain accurate filing systems
  • Handle administrative tasks such as typing, copying, scanning
  • Arranging meetings and attending to type up meeting agendas
  • Acting as the welcoming face of the company, welcoming visitors ensuring a positive experience
  • Record and update personnel information for clients and staff
  • Collating and sending timesheets to head office for payroll
  • Management of petty cash
  • Ordering office supplies and uniform
  • Completing pre employment checks for staff

The company are looking for a candidate with a positive and can-do attitude, they require somebody with:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Highly organised with good admin skills
  • Good financial knowledge
  • IT literate – Word and Excel

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
