We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to support our Secretarial & Business Support department in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The role involves a variety of administrative duties and requires a keen eye for detail.

Description

  • Provide daily administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Handle all forms of correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Organise, file, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and other materials for meetings and projects.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the department and with other departments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • A strong academic background in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Offer

  • An hourly wage of approximately 13 GBP, with a range of 10% above and below.
