Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures
- Manage and develop relationships with clients
- Coordinate activities with other departments within the company
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
Profile
A successful Accounts Manager should have:
- Professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA
- Proven experience in a managerial role within Accounting & Finance
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High proficiency in using financial software
