A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Accounts Assistant to join a UK known manufacturer in the Stroud Area!
With no day ever being the same the Accounts Assistant role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Purchase orders and supplier invoices – matching up signed delivery notes
- Manage Prepaid Invoices/Proforma Invoice process
- Manage Goods Received Not Invoiced process
- Capture the daily bank transactions for Purchase Ledger
- Submit and pay monthly supplier payment runs with reconciliation packs
- Payment of weekly Proformas and ad hoc suppliers
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Accounts experience
- Strong knowledge of purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Strong communicator
- Manufacturing background – desirable
