- Welcome and direct visitors appropriately in the healthcare setting.

- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries.
- Provide basic information to visitors about the healthcare institution.
- Handle booking and scheduling of appointments.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Support with administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- 2-3+ years experience in a similar role
- Preferably have background in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
