Description

  • Manage daily schedules and organise meetings for senior leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other crucial documents
  • Coordinate and plan events and conferences
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and managing databases
  • Support additional projects as required by the team

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • A strong educational background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience in a similar role within the public sector or not-for-profit industry
  • Highly organised with excellent multitasking skills
