Description
- Manage the daily operations of the CRM platform.
- Assist in the design and implementation of CRM strategies.
- Monitor customer experience and consumer journey, making necessary improvements.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.
- Generate insightful reports to inform future CRM strategies.
- Ensure all CRM activities comply with industry regulations.
- Identify new opportunities to engage customers through the CRM platform.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the retail industry and competitors’ CRM strategies.
Profile
A successful CRM Executive should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 1 years experience of CRM/email marketing as part of wider marketing role
- Excellent understanding of CRM principles and customer retention strategies.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry.
- Ability to attend the office in Solihull 3 days a week
