Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements including flights and visas.
- Processing and tracking expenses.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain and organise files and records, both digital and physical.
- Act as a point of contact for team members and external partners.
- Help coordinate team events and activities.
- Support special projects as needed.
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role in financial or professional services.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
