Finance Target Operating Model Consultant responsibilities

  • Implement and manage financial controls and processes within the asset management division.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing a Finance Target Operating Model, ideally within Asset Management.
  • Must have experience leading the end to end delivery of a Finance Target Operating Model project including the initiation, documentation, and delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategic solutions to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate financial information effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice on financial management and process improvement.
  • Lead and participate in financial projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s financial strategy.

Profile

A successful Finance Target Operating Model Consultant should have:

  • A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Professionally Qualified accountant.
  • Strong experience owning and delivering a Finance Target Operating Model.
  • Experience delivering end to end finance projects including hands on analysis.
  • Previous Financial Services experience ideally within Asset Management and consultancy.
  • Experience in financial management and strategy implementation
  • Strong knowledge of asset management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage financial processes and controls.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.
