Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and making notes
  • Greeting visitors warmly, offering them help and notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them
  • Maintaining front door security
  • Make sure the entrance and the office are clean and tidy – Tidying up, organising, and maintaining the reception area
  • Setting up meeting facilities
  • Arranging catering for meetings
  • Carrying out administrative tasks (arranging posts and deliveries, ordering stationery, and dealing with staff’s ordering requests
  • Use of technology – IT systems (MS Teams and Outlook is essential)
  • Carrying out the weekly tests of fire alarm
  • Keeping basic office supplies stocked and accessible to staff
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the office manager

Profile

A successful Receptionist/Administrator should have:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
