The preferred global embedded financing platform/fintech for leading e-commerce sites, tech companies and payment services providers such as Amazon, eBay, Dojo, Paysafe, Just Eat and Takepayments.
Description
· To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
· Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
· Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
· Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
· Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
Profile
· At least one year’s experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance ideally within Financial Services
· Happy to be in the office 3 days a week in London
· Can do attitude
