Description

An Interim HR Advisor to:

– Manage the employee life-cycle processes including probation, contract extensions and exit procedures.
– Provide first-line HR advice to managers and employees on policy and procedural issues.
– Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures
– Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
– Assist with recruitment, screening, interviews, and the hiring processes
– Manage the employee relations cases such as disciplinary and grievance issues
– Maintain accurate and up to date employee records according to policy and legal requirements

Profile

An Interim HR Advisor with:

– Previous experience in a similar role

– Education experience preferred

– Able to start immediately

Job Offer

London Based

Immediate Start

£40,000 – £45,000 per annum
