Description

An Interim HR Officer to:

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies and shortlisting applicants
– Maintaining up-to-date and accurate employee records
– Contributing to policy and procedure development within the HR team
– Coordinate staff training and development activities
– Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary issues
– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment law and sector standards
– Support additional HR projects as required

Profile

An Interim HR Officer with:

– Previous experience in a similar role

– Education experience essential

– Able to start immediately
