Manpower are currently recruiting for a receptionist on a full time temporary basis based in Birmingham City Centre.

The Receptionist/Administrator will provide a first line contact for callers and visitors either on the telephone or in person and is responsible for presenting a helpful, effective and welcoming image. Receptionist/Administrator may connect callers directly to the department they are seeking or need to investigate callers needs to identify where help can best be provided, as well as undertaking other administrative tasks as required. Using the membership system in order to identify the member, ensure subscriptions are up to date and direct members to the correct Officer who covers the members place of work.

This is a temporary position initially for 1 month and could be longer, with an immediate start working 9am – 5pm Monday – Thurs and 9am – 4pm Fri paying £17.79 per hour.
