Description

The duties include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payment runs
  • Processing purchase invoices
  • Managing inbox and dealing with purchase ledger queries
  • Ensuring supplier information is up to date and accurate
  • Managing and recording cash/cheque receipts and payments
  • Reconcile cashbook at month end

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

  • Have experience working in a similar role – Essential
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment – Essential
  • Have excellent communication and organisation skills – Essential
  • Be confident using MS office – Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £32,000 + Flexible home working + Flexible hours + Parking + Pension + Health-care
