Description
The duties include:
- Bank reconciliations
- Payment runs
- Processing purchase invoices
- Managing inbox and dealing with purchase ledger queries
- Ensuring supplier information is up to date and accurate
- Managing and recording cash/cheque receipts and payments
- Reconcile cashbook at month end
Profile
The successful candidate MUST:
- Have experience working in a similar role – Essential
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment – Essential
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills – Essential
- Be confident using MS office – Essential
