Banking & Financial Services
City of London (hybrid working, 3 days weekly in office)
Our Credit FP&A team drives performance of our business forward, by partnering with our digital products, risk & operational teams. Continuous dialogue with stakeholders helps craft a coherent story and plan, to which the business is held accountable to with a series of weekly and monthly forecasts as well as the annual budgeting exercise and ownership of P&L.
It is business partnering in the truest sense! Our colleagues in the business value our input and knowledge in helping to steer their decision-making. This means gaining the knowledge to challenge the business and be challenged in turn. It also means gaining the trust of our business stakeholders.
- Forecasting and budgeting cycles, partnering with Credit Risk, and breaking down complex financial data into actionable insights. You’ll be a critical voice in driving the company’s performance forward through detailed analysis and proactive recommendations, including impact policy decisions have on P&L
- Comprehensive and robust 5-year forecast packs, presenting to senior management twice a year to support our board strategy day and annual budget, as well as end-to-end delivery of our stress testing process. - Continuous improvement to forecast processes and tools for integrated 3-statement operational models. Our team is often the first in the wider Finance team to understand emerging issues/trends.
