Job Title: General Manager – Budget Hotel – Birmingham
Salary: Up To £50,000
Location: Birmingham
I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this budget hotel group. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group. As General Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel. We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.
About the position
* Create a strategy to increase revenue
* Create a training and development program for the team
* Ensure KPIs are met
* Responsible for the new opening
* Ensure the hotel is compliant with H&S regulations
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Track record in opening hotels
* Be able to inspire and motivate the team
* Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
* Have a passion for hospitality
