Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Salary: From £95,000
A top-tier law firm seeks a Junior Corporate Associate with 1-3 PQE to bolster its corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, equity financing, and supporting the firm’s growth.
The role will also involve work on spin-outs and advising prestigious research institutes and technology transfer offices of leading universities.
Candidates should have strong legal skills, experience in corporate law, and a keen interest in sectors such as Life Sciences and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT). An enthusiasm for business development and knowledge management is essential. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.
