Residential Conveyancer – Burnham-on-Sea

Excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a highly-regarded law firm.

Our client is a small Somerset-based law firm with a strong reputation in the local area. They are currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly Conveyancing team in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset.

The role will involve taking on a busy conveyancing caseload. You will be managing your own diverse caseload of Conveyancing matters including sale, purchases of freehold and leasehold properties as well as dealing with New Builds, Shared ownership, transfer of equity, Equity release and Remortgage files.

To be considered, you must be a Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with experience handling your own conveyancing caseload. You must have strong technical knowledge across a wide range of conveyancing matters.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £50,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. The firm offers a genuinely friendly, family feel and a collaborative working environment which will allow for hybrid working (after completing your probation period). A bonus is also payable depending on performance. The office also has free onsite parking available.
