Leading commercial firm has a new position for a real estate senior associate to join their highly regarded and successful department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated real estate team, which is consistently rated number one in the region. The team act for many household names including banks, retailers, developers and significant public sector bodies. The team advise clients on a wide variety of high profile domestic and international real estate investment, retail, development and finance transactions. This includes acting for major landlords and tenants, investors, hoteliers, funds and insolvency practitioners on landlord and tenant matters, real estate disposals/acquisitions, major financings and restructuring/insolvency transactions.
You will undertake a broad and varied range of real estate work and play a fundamental role in business development and within dedicated client service teams, with a focus on the team’s major retail clients. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:
  • Leading on real estate finance, investment-based disposals and acquisitions (including corporate share acquisitions), development and restructuring and insolvency transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements and agreements for leases
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating security documentation and ancillary property documentation on real estate finance transactions.
  • Dealing with real estates due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports of title and summary report
  • Active participation in business development
  • Carrying out transactional sales/purchase, leasing and portfolio management work, and general commercial property work
  • Carrying out asset management type work and dealing with Landlord/Tenant leasing matters

You will have both excellent technical and client handling skills, and be able maintain and develop client relationships.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £75000 – £95000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
